Our company was founded by a team with years of experience in pipeline route analysis, environmental, construction and emergency response. Because we’ve all been out there in the worst weather, with strange bugs, no lunch and traditional single lens cameras while making some very important decisions, we understand the value of being able to look all around at everything, while back at the office with the rest of the team.
• Bring new project staff up to speed quickly
• Communicate with other project offices as if you're all onsite.
• Reduce costs through fewer field trips
• Answer questions quickly allowing you to make better decisions.
We provide high resolution aerial and ground based imagery of your pipeline corridor and can imbed video, GPS and other meta-data into a wide variety of standard and customized mapping software options.
• Route analysis and documentation
• Environmental assessment/permitting
• Field team deployment review
• Public engagement
•Regulatory coordination support
•Emergency response planning
Wouldn't it be nice if you could just grab a cup of coffee, gather your project team, construction contractors, the necessary regulatory staff and other stakeholders and head across the parking lot to look at your pipeline project?
Planning, building and operating pipelines involves a wide variety of people who would all benefit from seeing the route but the reality is they aren't going to and the results of decisions based on to little information are always costly. With three decades of experience in pipeline development, we've seen and dealt with mistakes from the lack of information and we want to help.
IGS provides that viewing experience through the use of advanced spherical cameras that collect and place 360° video, Fodar, ortho photography and other viewing technologies on your teams desktop, conference room, tablet and other screens. That saves you time and money.
We can collect your imagery needs from a wide variety of aerial and ground based vehicles. Many clients do an over flight of their route and combine that with ground based video of the corridor, environmentally sensitive areas or other challenging locations. This allows them to navigate along an aerial path, click on the icon for the ground based clip, drop down to look around with their mouse then head back up and keep flying to the next point of interest.
